SHOW utilises fixed font sizes in order to maintain the style through the site and ensure cross browser compatibility. If you are having difficulty reading the text on this website, please follow the following instructions.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Tools Button in the top of your browser.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click on the Accessibility Button on the bottom right.
  4. In the Formatting Options, check the box for Ignore Font Sizes Specified on Web Pages.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK on the previous page.
  7. You can now use the text size options in your browser to alter font sizes.

Netscape Navigator

  1. Click on the Edit Button in the top of your browser.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click on the Appearance >> Fonts selector and you will have options here to set your font sizes, by default certain versions of Netscape will automatically ignore document-specific fonts.
  4. Set your font sizes, depending on the resolution of your monitor, sizes 16 and above are quite large and should be sufficient.
  5. Select the Use document-specified fonts depending on whether you wish to allow downloadable dynamic fonts.
  6. Click on the advanced selector now and uncheck the box for enable style sheets
  7. Click OK.
  8. You will now have to refresh your browser window.
  9. You should now have a browser that by default has a large font, to turn off this function, you simply have to re-enable stylesheets.
